1. Who we are and what we offer

Vault FX Academy ("Vault FX", "we", "us", "our") provides Forex trading education, including courses, mentorship and access to a learning community. Our services are educational. We are not a broker or financial adviser, we do not provide financial advice, and we do not hold or manage client funds (see our Risk Disclaimer).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use our services. By using them, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Start free, pay when profitable

You can begin the Forex Foundations programme for free. No card and no deposit are required to start. A flat fee of USD 99 becomes payable only once you have reached the profitability milestone described in your enrolment details. The specific definition of that milestone, and how and when the fee is collected, are set out at enrolment and form part of these terms.

The fee is a one-off charge for access to the programme; it is not a share of your trading profits, a managed-account fee, or any form of investment product.

4. Acceptable use and community conduct

Our education and community are provided for your personal use. When using them, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, record or redistribute our materials, sessions or community content without our written permission.
• Post unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam content, or solicit others for unrelated schemes or signals.
• Present our education as personal financial advice, or offer financial advice to other members.
• Attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.

We may suspend or remove access for conduct that breaches these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content we create (course materials, videos, text, graphics, branding and the website itself) belongs to Vault FX or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access it for your own learning. All other rights are reserved.

6. Third-party brokers, tools and links

We may reference or link to third-party brokers, platforms and websites for educational convenience. We are broker-agnostic and are not affiliated with, nor responsible for, those third parties, their content, or their services. Your dealings with any broker are solely between you and that broker, under their terms and regulation.

7. No advice, no guarantees, and limitation of liability

Our services are educational and carry no guarantee of profit or any particular result. Trading is high-risk and you may lose money. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vault FX is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts, unless a mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
