Refund Policy

Nothing to pay upfront

You start the Forex Foundations programme completely free. No card, deposit or payment is required to begin, so there is nothing to refund at the start of your journey with us.

When the $99 fee applies

The single flat fee of USD 99 only becomes payable once you have reached the profitability milestone set out in your enrolment details. It is a one-off charge for your place on the programme and the education you have already received.

Refunds

If you believe the fee was charged in error (for example, you were billed without having met the agreed profitability milestone, or a duplicate charge occurred), contact us within 14 days of the charge via our Contact page and we will review it. Where a charge is found to be incorrect, we will refund it to the original payment method.

As the fee pays for digital educational services and community access that have already been delivered by the time it applies, it is otherwise non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have.
