Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
This policy explains what personal information Vault FX Academy collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have.
Who we are
Vault FX Academy ("Vault FX", "we", "us", "our") is a Forex education provider. This policy applies to our website and the services we offer through it. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights below, contact us via our Contact page.
Information we collect
We only collect information we genuinely need to respond to you and to deliver our education:
- Details you give us: when you apply for a seat or send a message, this typically includes your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and your country and city.
- Communications: messages you send us and our replies, so we can help you and keep a record of our correspondence.
- Technical data: basic, usually anonymous information your browser shares automatically (such as device and general location) and, where used, cookies or similar technology to keep the site working and understand general usage.
We do not ask for, or store, your broker login details, card numbers or trading account credentials.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and add you to the programme or community you applied for.
- To provide, personalise and improve our courses, mentorship and website.
- To send you updates about your enrolment and, where you'd expect it, relevant programme information. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
- To keep our services secure and to comply with our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run Vault FX, and only as far as needed. For example, our form provider (Tally, which receives the details you submit), our website host, and messaging tools we use to reply to you (such as email or WhatsApp). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Because these providers may operate in other countries, your information may be transferred and stored outside your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected wherever it is processed.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to maintain our relationship with you, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us via our Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and any changes take effect when posted here.
